Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Central Ohio (United States).

Q: Do you ship to my country? 
A: We ship worldwide!

Q: Whoa man! Why did the cost of international shipping increase dramatically? 
A: As of January 21st 2018, the USPS only allows "documents" to be shipped First Class Mail International. For any content other than "documents", the USPS now requires shipments to use the package type "package". You can learn more about the USPS policy changes here. We hate the change as much as you.

Q: What shipping provider do you use for international orders? 
A: USPS International. Packages aren't tracked once they depart the United States. If you would like to request the use of a different shipping provider (at an additional cost) please contact us.

Q: Looks like my package is stuck in Chicago. Is my package lost? 
A: No, before departing the United States, your package must go through U.S. Customs in Chicago. Tracking information is rarely updated after this process. If your package doesn't arrive 45 days after its initial ship date please contact us.

Q: When will my package be shipped? 
A: Orders placed before Saturday at noon will be shipped out on Monday and Tuesday unless otherwise specified (i.e. holiday sales). For instance, if a order is placed on Thursday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday.

Q: What is a group buy? 
A: A group buy is where a sizable group of people commit to purchase a product at a discounted rate; surpassing the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem?
A: You can email eli@mechkeys.io or message /u/techieee (same person). Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Q: I emailed you, but haven't received a reply yet. What gives? 
A: I typically reply to emails the same day, but on rare occasions it may take up to 1-2 business days. It also doesn't hurt to check your spam filter.

Q: Will you under-declare values for customs? 
A: No.

Q: I particpated in one of your group buys awhile back, but no longer want the item. Can I get a refund? 
A: Refunds will not be awarded once the bulk payment has been submitted to the manufacturer.
